Allison Ayers Williams - Associate

Allison Williams received her undergraduate degree from Colgate University and graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. Her practice areas are real estate, securities, commercial transactions, entertainment law, guardianship, and trust and estate administration. She was born in 1972 and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2002. She is a member of the KCBA YLD Community Involvement Committee and the WSBA WYLD Membership Committee. She also serves on the board of directors of Women in Film/Seattle.
