Bruce Firestone - Corporate, Securities and Business

Bruce M. Firestone is a graduate of Colgate University and Duke University School of Law. He also holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Formerly a member of the corporate finance group at Perkins Coie in Seattle, his practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, intellectual property and general representation of corporate and business clients. He was admitted to the Washington State bar in 1984, and has served on the Seattle Arts Commission, as President of the Board of Directors of Seattle Arts and Lectures, and as President of the Board of Friends of Magnuson Park.
